Although the hotel is a little bit old , it’s clean and tidy. Location is just 15 min walk from the central bus station with adequate public transportation nearby

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Location was not close to attractions but we were provided transport card which was convenient to take bus to get around.

Booked a bit late so didn't really have many choices in Salzburg. But I was surprised by the service and cleanliness of the room. I messaged the hotel directly to ask for direction from the station and was told to take Obus No 2. It was easy to get there with the pre-arrange Salzburg Mobility Card.
Location wise it is not near to the station of Ler the main area. But it is ok since there is couple of supermarkets nearby (Billa, EuroSpar and Aekshea - Asian mart).
The bottled water is only 1 per stay. Free flow of tap water is highly recommended.

Everything is decent with the price you paid for. Only shortcoming is that there is no room services on our second day which is not sure why. By time we reach our hotel is alr night time and we don’t call for room service since is the last night there.

We have problem with the air conditioning in 1 room. The staff requested us to monitor for the night. If it doesn’t show improvement, they will change the room for us. It didn’t work so they changed the room the next day.
Staff are friendly and rooms are clean.
Hotel quite near to the tourist information centre, which is about 15mins walk.
