Hotel Schöne Aussicht

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the stay was excellent. Most importantly, the environment is superb. It's located halfway up the mountain, overlooking the city. It's perfect for self-driving trips, but not ideal for family hiking as the nearest bus stop is a kilometer away and it's all uphill. The breakfast was also delicious. I must emphasize, the views are absolutely stunning.

Cons: As it's an older hotel located halfway up the mountain, the facilities are a bit lacking. There's no fridge, kettle, or coffee cups in the room. I had to borrow a kettle from the front desk later. It's also inconvenient if you don't have a car! Pros: The mountain views are beautiful, the pool is great for a dip, and the breakfast is excellent 👍. The room rate is also very affordable. There's free parking 🅿️ if you're driving.

This hotel in Salzburg offered absolutely breathtaking views! Opening the window revealed sweeping vistas of the Alps, and in the evening, the setting sun gilded the ancient castle while the distant Salzach River shimmered. Sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee felt straight out of a painting. The hotel's design itself also had a distinct local charm, with wooden structures complemented by greenery, and elegance evident in every detail. However, transportation was a bit of a challenge. The hotel is located halfway up a hill, and public transport is infrequent. A taxi from the city center cost over ten euros, and lugging suitcases up the hill was even more strenuous. I'd recommend driving or renting a car; there's free parking right outside, and it's a 10-minute drive to the Old Town, making it convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Aside from that, I really couldn't fault anything else: the room was clean and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness. Breakfast included freshly baked local bread and cheese, and the staff were enthusiastic about recommending sightseeing routes. If you don't mind the transportation issue, or if you're planning to drive anyway, this place is definitely worth a stay!

In the mountains, don't expect too much. But the environment is absolutely first-class. The view of Albanian at night is stunning. Dinner was a bit of a letdown, only one dish a day. However, sitting on the terrace with a beer was still very enjoyable. The room was small and basic, so let's not even talk about it. The environment was so beautiful that everything else was overlooked. Breakfast was pretty good.

I booked a family room on Ctrip, and the price was really expensive. The cleanliness and facilities were extremely disappointing. The family room had no furniture or amenities whatsoever, and the blankets were covered in mold. I didn't sleep well at all. Aside from the truly beautiful view from the mountainside location, it was definitely not worth the price.
