We were staying in Salzburg for just 1 night. We arrived around 16h30. When we arrived the receptionist had to go somewhere and wouldn’t be back for another 30 min. When we checked the room: the room was dirty (there were even smoked cigarettes under the bed), the toilet flush was broken (even before we used it), there were no towels, the shower didn’t close properly… We lost almost 2 hours before the flush was fixed, which ment we disn’t get to visit everything we wanted in the city.

Prenotazione della camera effettuata giorni fa. Siamo arrivati ieri sera alle 19. La camera non era ancora pronta. Sia la ragazza ai piani, sia il ragazzo alla reception, con strafottenza ci danno 10/15’. Lenzuola stropicciate ammassate e in vista dal corridoio in tutti i piani. Quando finalmente entriamo il letto è fatto bene e pulito. Il divano letto no. Box doccia inguardabile. Microfono della doccia rotto e con unico getto. Insetti. Unica finestra del bagno bloccata.
