Master Mirabell

Pros - The property is 10 min walk to the main station. The room was clean, well equipped kitchenettte and there was a free laundry service, which is useful for a longer trip. Cons - There is no staff desk and we had checked in around 6 pm at the property . There was no one to help , no one picked up calls easily. We finally managed to get in touch and got the main door entry password. Again, there was a big confusion on check in - we had two rooms booked, and their system showed only one room. Then after one hour of continous follow-up, they noted there are two rooms (they were just not looking at it properly). Even their whatsapp support was closed after 7 pm, we started getting out of hours messages. So, net-net, it was really painful to check in. My personal suggestion - If one has a check in time later in the day, you may be consiocus, and confirm your booking upfront with them on email and do check in formalities.

The location was great. It was quiet, yet an easy walk to all the action. The code came in later than we expected, but once it arrived, we had no problems getting in and out of the property. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was updated, but lacked some functionality with three people sharing.

The location is very close to train station and about 15 min walk from old town. The property amenities are minimal but for apartment type living they were fine. Price per night was high but maybe due to Festival. Recommend for 2 adults.

Fantastic stay in Salzburg We had a fantastic stay here. Its location was superb. Near to everything we wanted to see and brilliant transport links. The apartment is beautifully laid out with everything you need. The only negative was the lack of communication in sending us our check in details. Once we arrived and called them they were helpful, but It would have been nice to have everything we needed to get into the property before arrival.

Good location, clean, no complaints. Would have been nice to have more than 1 days worth of coffee, but other than that great stay

We would recommend this to friends and would stay here again. Aside from the good location, my kids slept on the sofa bed and said it's the most comfortable bed they've been on - and they've stayed in a lot of hotels.
