This hotel's location is excellent. It is about 15 minutes walk to the old town centre and 10 minutes to the railway station. The meeting point for local tours to Hallstatt and other places is just around the corner. The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff there are very welcoming and caring. The hotel's room service delivered very good food at a reasonable price too. The room is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the noise of the vehicle clearing rubbish bins. It always woke me up before six in the morning. So choose the rooms on the garden side if there is a choice.

The hotel was fantastic value for money in Salzburg! A little further from the station, but can walk in under 10mins. Imauer Hotel seems more popular with the locals, and has a great restaurant. Recommended to stay in Sheraton, and eat at the Imauer restaurant.

設施：很好 雖然老了 但還是保護了可以
衞生：乾淨整潔舒適 但第二天房間地上沒吸過塵 地板上有拉圾 連鎖酒店這樣的情況不應該
環境：好
服務：還行 但不是介紹了很多
衞生間的紙第二天居然沒了 水也沒了 咖啡也沒了
位置很好 去各個景點方便 離火車站近

不敢相信這麼多年的酒店房間設施非常新。特別是浴室內的水龍頭，淋浴設施一塵不染，品質很好。猜想像是新裝修的房間。酒店位置絕佳，出門幾分鐘步行到米拉貝爾花園。走到河邊也就是10分鐘的距離。酒店有部分房間在裝修，但是住宿的兩天期間沒聽到裝修的聲音。

석식 -비추천. 매우 맛없음.생선은 비려서 거의 못먹고. 파스타도 맛이 이상했어요. 그나마 슈니첼이 나았는데 시내에서 절반가격에 먹은 슈니첼보다 맛없었구요. 호텔이라 가격은 엄청 비싸요. 3개 요리, 물1병. 콜라1개 시켰는데 20만원쯤... 돈 버렸어요.
