The location is excellent, right near Mirabell Gardens. The hotel staff are well-trained, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool 🏊!

The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious. The lobby offered free mint tea, which explained why there was only one bottle of water in the room. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when I used a translation app to communicate. It's also conveniently located not far from the train station.

The hotel is very near the train station; a short bus ride drops off at the stop that is a 2 minute distance from the hotel. Also very convenient to get to the town square and main shopping areas.
We were welcomed with a huge smile and greeting by one of the male reception staff, name starts with M although I cannot recollect his full name. He checked us in and even gave a complimentary upgrade since it was my birthday.
They also advised us on how we could get to Hallstatt and it was the best way to get there. Rooms were clean, big and the bathrooms had floor heating which made it cosy in the mornings. Wonderful service by him!
Was asked if I wanted a cake for my birthday; expected a single slice but came back to an entire cake with a card and flowers. Made me so happy!
It was a wonderful experience staying here and I would definitely recommend it for any traveler.
