The Bannister Hotel & Yacht Club

Lovely place to stay when in Samana. Very good breakfast included in the price with amazing friendly service. The check in is fast and well organized. Would recommend this Hotel based on the free private parking in front of the hotel and the beautiful infinity pool and restaurant service.

Very good hôtel in a very nice location ! Perfect stay

Breakfast was delicious. Massages were very relaxing. The staff was very courteous & always with a smile. We had a beautiful room with a view of the marina.

Clean and relax hotel perfect to get away of the noise and lay back, especially the spa with a nice relaxing atmosphere to unwind.

Upscale venue. Much better than expected. Elegant atmosphere and very accommodating staff. I’m definitely returning.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Quiet, beautiful view, can't beat that pool!

We arrived at night and the room they assigned was humid and therefore smelly. They changed us to a smaller room but the smell was more pleasant. After dinner at one of the lovely restaurants -which by the way have a fantastic female bartender-, we requested a corkscrew, since there was none available in the room and we are still waiting for it -even when we approved an in-room corkage fee of US$10- our grand reserve Malbec is still uncorked. The next day we scheduled a massage at the spa, no robes, no slippers no hangers or lockers and one sided massages for 30 mins. No shower available afterwards. Great facilities, level of service should improve.

Great space. Aging a bit but over all the beat place in samana.

Not a 5 stars for sure Room not ready for check-in at 6pm. Waited until 8pm and was given a room which AC wasn’t working, not mentioning zero upgrade or anything else after this mess.
