Muy buena la hoteleria, todas las instalaciones son perfectas, me impacto todo lo reluciente del hotel, su moviliario es muy fino y exclusivo. Sus restaurantes son remarcables, la calidad de la comida es muy cuidada y buena. La playa y las piletas de natacion tienen un mantenimiento riguroso (sacan el sargazo rapidamente si lo hubiere) y las piscinas tienen el agua impecablemente cristalina. Una experiencia remarcable y digna de comentar fue en el gimnasio, se trata de un profesor/entrenador hispano de nombre David, he sido operado de columna vertebral, me ha dado unos ejercicios especiales de columna que me han venido muy bien. Es un profesional de exelencia!

Un lugar cien por ciento recomendable… una decoración divina, el personal sumamente cálido y amable… sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que he visitado si deseas descansar y pasarla increíble este es el lugar sin duda alguna. Emma fue nuestra embajadora sin duda la mejor!

Cayo Levantado Resort was an absolute dream vacation. Every single detail is beyond five stars. The staff are truly remarkable. They go above and beyond, remember your name, and do whatever they can to make your vacation exactly what you'd like. The location is stunning, with beautiful beaches, gardens and greenery. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. My favorite element was the food. Before visiting, I thought the menus looked great, but level set my expectations with this being an all-inclusive. To my surprise, the food and drinks were spectacular, with fresh local ingredients. Every meal I had was better than the one prior. I cannot wait to return.

Nous avons passer 8 jours dans ce merveilleux complexe minutieusement entretenue et avec un service digne d’un roi , avec un soucie d’attention incroyable , la nourriture étais sublime , la beauté du site toute autant . Le service avec les ambassadeur, que dire de plus chaque petit détails étais combler 😍 un gros merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir pris soin d’un nous , on se reverra ces sur !

Todo es perfecto, el lugar, el entorno, la naturaleza, sus instalaciones y fundamentalmente la calidad de su gente. Definitivamente te sientes en un lugar especial, desde el amanecer con sus desayunos increíbles, el disfrute de la playa o sus piletas, hasta el final del día disfrutando de increíbles cenas en hermosos ambientes y de una copa en la terraza hacia el mar , acompañado s de buena música, simplemente único. He ido ya 3 veces y espero poder volver pronto.

Fantastic trip! When I booked it looked a little pricey to me, but immediately after I got there I could tell this resort is great value. The closest thing I had experienced before was the Four Seasons in Baia Papa***o, but the experience at Cayo Levantado was better and the price was less than half. Great facilities, great staff, tons of activities (there is no reason to leave the resort), great food, all in a truly paradisiac location.

Amazing island and experience! Cayo Levantado has exceeded our expectations! Premium all-inclusive, beautiful restaurants and delicious food and presentation. Wellness activities are amazing and the beach is a paradise! New hotel, great structure and staff! Would definitely go back!!
