Приехал в рабочую командировку. Времени было на завтрак (на который я не успел) и на душ вечером. Благодаря невероятному гостеприимству девушки администратора, к сожалению я имени не запомнил, меня накормили утром и собрали еду в дорогу. Так что бедный телевизионщик прожил этот день в Самаре весьма не плохо). Милая девушка в строгом костюме, спасибо вам огромное).

После бронирования на ***********, сообщили в отеле, что произошла ошибка и номер занят, таких категорий больше нет. Кхм, ну так заселяйте в номер выше категории. Нет же, они просто отменили бронирование. Чудеса! Если не хотите остаться за порогом, Вам не сюда. Второй раз спустя пару месяцев забронировал опять этот отель, думал, может хоть на этот раз что-то поменялось. Но нет же, Карл! Звонят, думаю, что на этот раз. Оказывается, что оплата картой в отеле недоступна. И им по барабану, что у людей может быть подключен кэшбэк повышенный за оплату проживания в отелях, и вообще ехать в банкомат снимать наличные тратить время не каждому хочется. Думаете можно оплатить на следующий день, когда им починят терминал? Нет. Именно при заселении. Говорю делайте скидку на размер кэшбэка, который я потерял: говорят нет, так не положено. Браво! P.S. Хочу третий раз забронировать, мне даже интересно, что на этот раз у них случится: отсутствие горячей воды, выключится свет или что.
