Ужасная гостиница! Фотографии на сайте и описание не соответствует совсем. Качество на 2+. Начиная от номеров, даже пульт не работает, в номере от предыдущих жильцов остались в ванне использованные пакетики от геля для душа, а новые не положили. На следующий день, просто в номере выкинули мусор из урны и всё. Еда на 2+. Хозяин экономит на всем. Не советую. Если уже совсем припрет и негде вообще больше остановится.

Отвратительный сервис и номера! Забронировала номер БИЗНЕЗ. По приезду сказали что я им не звонила вообще, и что я сама не туда попала. Потом, сказали что моей брони нет, и этот номер они давно сдали другим людям. После чего, они начали выяснять, что бронировала другая девушка, или вообще мужчина. Потом в свое оправдание, сказали что я бронировала у девушки, которой нет сейчас на смене и это моя проблема. Потом выяснилось, что мою фамилию просто написали с тремя ошибками и бронь есть. Потом предлагали выбрать завтрак только мне, белье хотели дать мне и обращались только ко мне, хотя я была с молодым человеком. Далее мы поднялись в номер «Бизнес» который стоил 3500. Отель с 3 звездами со скрепящими кроватями и слышимостью как в общаге. Интерьер точно не на 3 звезды. Завтрак обычный йогурт за 20 рублей и самообслуживания. И самое главное, что передо мной никто не извинился, ни за их косяк с бронью, ни за ошибки в фамилии. Больше никогда там не останусь и Вам не советую.
