The location is good, the reception is friendly, it's just that when you call HK, you don't respond quickly, you don't always pick up the phone, the room is decent but it's not clean, the dispenser isn't cleaned so when you take water there's a lot of moss, then the glass in the bathroom is all moldy and when you open the curtains windows full of green moss, club towels in the room, glasses and teapots are also slimy when filled with water, and for real they can't be used because there's no water cover, the corridor lights in the room also turn off a lot and are very dark, please pay more attention to the interior and cleanliness

Hotel lama yang belum renovasi, kalau bisa renovasi tentu lebih baik lagi fasilitasnya

Ga akan nginap disini lagi, kamarnya penuhhhhh anak kecoa Airnya ledengnya putih karena kaporit Staffnya ramah dan cepat tanggap, kami langsung di pindahkan ke kamar lain Tapi tetap tidur dalam rasa was was takut ada kecoa lagi

Alhamdulilah nyaman makasih makanannya juga enak dan suka

Untuk layanan tiket parkir saya tidak di daftarkn pdhal saya sudah sudah konfirmasi, untuk kebersihan sangat kurang ,cermin dan gelas masi sangat terlihat kotor, fasilitas rusak keran air rusak jadi tidak bisa di matikan airnya ,

Lokasi bagus, harga hotel murah, dejat bioskop CGV, matahari dept store, JCO, AW, KFC, Roti BoY
