Lovely hotel set in the peaceful forest but less than 10 mins into borovets centre by the free shuttle. Love the new pool area and restaurant, as well as the games room for kids with toys and films on each night. Really nice touch. Changing rooms are available as this building is separate to the rooms/ main building. Room was spacious with a good shower. Getting a little tired but all very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice from fruit and yoghurt to hot english breakfast options. Juice and coffee available which was also decent. Staff were all friendly.

Excellent stay, very clean hotel`s rooms and common parts. The shuttle bus to the slopes is always on time and with very polite drivers. The breakfast was taste. We used SPA centre and it was also good time after hard skiing. Everything makes to us an unforgetable experience during this winter in Bulgaria.

I would like to thank the Euphoria club hotel & resort for a truly wonderful stay. Especially I would like to thank the hotel manager ( Dariela Tomova) and receptionist (Plamena) for their care and attention, nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the Euphoria relaxed atmosphere and huge rooms. We stayed 1 week for half term, we didn't get to try the spa, although we met Anna who was helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you prefer to be outside of the main resort (which we did). The hotel offer a free shuttle bus, so for us the hotel was perfect! We look forward to rebooting next year already!

Our 3rd visit here and it keeps getting better. Lovely hotel set in the peaceful forest but less than 10 mins into borovets centre by the free shuttle (or 20 lev taxi, 30 lev for 6/7 people). Staff were all friendly, any reviews saying otherwise likely don't bother to try and speak their language. Their culture is also a little more straight faced than the UK but all very pleasant if you are also pleasant to them! Sauna area is now a separate paid option but at 30 lev per day I think its a reasonable cost as everything else included is such good value they need to make a little extra in other places. Check out is at 11 but you can keep the room until 4pm for 10lev per hour which i think is very reasonable. It didn't work for us as we needed the room to 6pm (you can do this but they charge another full night) but we were able to use the showers in the changing rooms by the pool with no issue. Could do with more hooks on the door/ bathroom door as well as more hangers. We only had 5 which isn't enough really when drying ski stuff too. Also getting close to the rooms and bathrooms needing a refresh. Would definitely stay again, can't fault the value for money.

Our 2nd visit after staying back in Feb 2020 and feel the same standards have been upheld (hard to do after covid too). Really nice hotel is nice quiet surroundings, 5 mins drive from the slopes & the free shuttle buses run back and forth all day so work out well. If you're heading into town in the evening there are always taxis outside and its a set 20 lev which was reasonable (some try it on when coming back so haggle with them). Good: - Spacious rooms, very good shower & the kettle/ fridge comes in handy too. We were upgrade to a one bed apartment and it was nice having the sofa to relax in the afternoon. - Hotel bar is good, plenty of drink choices at good prices and if you fancy a change from the buffet their food menu is decent and fairly priced. - Shuttle is great into town, goes every 30 mins to the slopes 8-11am then random times 2-6pm to bring you back to the hotel. - Nice pool/ sauna area although sadly the jacuzzi was closed during our stay. - Breakfast buffet is decent. Plenty of choice from hot to cold yoghurt/ fruit/ pastries. -Location is lovely in the forest, especially when the trees are snowy its magical. Very quiet too unlike the hotels around the ski slopes yet still close enough to town. -Staff were all great. Think others comments about being unfriendly are a little ignorant. Their culture is not super smiley but they were all very pleasant to us and helpful if we needed anything. Also goes a long way to learn some of their language - even jus

Travelled as a group or 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 11 We stayed at the Euphoria in Feb 2022 and had a brilliant time. I'm not sure what has happened but this is not the same hotel. In 2022 there was a newly built beautiful restaurant/dining room and massive swimming pool (in addition to the 'spa' pool) that really made our stay special. This year we arrived to find this complex shut, with the pool growing green algae and the restaurant gone, we asked at reception what had happened and it was met with a shrug and 'it is not part of the hotel anymore'. That was about as much as we got despite saying that really the pool and restaurant were the main reason for us booking again. Pool/Spa: We tried to make the best of it and headed to the 'spa' pool with the kids. With the loss of the other pool this is now very much the kids pool rater than a relaxing spa pool as the website suggests. With all the jumping in and shouting that you would expect (kids being kids). Again trying to make the best of things we thought we'd have a hot tup but sadly this is out of order - it seems to have been for a while now I'm reading the recent reviews. Unacceptable in ski season and especially at Feb half term. Surely just call an engineer and get it sorted?? Settled for a sauna but these were so busy and crammed before dinner time that we gave up on that too. Bizarrely there are two children manning the towel counter in the spa, they were among the politest staff in the hotel but there are so few towels available that you are lucky to get one and we were told to bring our room towels. Fine if the towels were changed regularly but they aren't. (you have to put them in the bath before you get new ones) Food: The buffet area is now tiny and cramped compared to the layout last year and food choice is more limited. The adults managed as the salad bar was always varied and tasty (we ate our body weight in beautiful feta cheese) and usually combined this with one of the meat options. Again another negative change this year was that the kids struggled some nights to find anything they liked. It wouldn't be hard to always have a nuggets/pasta/chips/pizza option but some nights it was slim pickings for them and they resorted to toast. Not great when we'd paid for then to eat every night. The more appealing options tend to run out to be replaced by something less palatable so getting to dinner when it opens becomes a bit of a scrum. A large group staying there at the same time as us reserved the same group of tables every evening which i found a bit annoying as everyone else was then working around this group who seemed to have preferential treatment. With the exception of the younger female member of staff the staff are indifferent at best and rude/grumpy at worst. You feel like you are inconveniencing them by being there. Breakfast was generally good, no pancakes or pastries this year which were in plentiful supply last year. We had to eat it quick though, as the bea

We had a cozy and satisfactory stay. The buffet breakfast choices were large, varied and tasted very good. The cocktails at the hotel bar are worth a try, they were very nice and inexpensive. Although the reception staff did struggle to understand English they remained pleasant and helpful. I used my Bulgarian - English Translator app for complicated enquires which worked really well. I would definitely recommend having a facial and trying the steam room at the hotel spa. Unfortunately the pool was in disrepair and there weren’t any self-service washing machines at the hotel which did cause some inconvenience. We felt the local taxis were expensive for 20 lev from the hotel to BJs, but you can walk into the town centre from the hotel which takes around 25 minutes or you can use the free hotel shuttle. The shuttle bus is available every 30 minutes from the hotel entrance from 8am to 10:30am and then from town 2pm to 6pm (the pickup location from town did vary depending on the driver; it helps if you recognise the shuttle bus).

We had wonderful stay at Euphoria. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The lounge area at the lobby bar is perfect to sit, relax and have some drinks near the fireplace. The hotel is situated in a great place. The nature is just amazing.

We had a great time in this hotel away from the madness in the slopes. February is the high season in Borovets and everything seems to be frantic. I cannot express how great the service was in this small 4 star hotel. Not only the friendliness of the staff, but also the great variety of cocktails and spa treatments made our 3 days look great.
