The facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others.

The food was relatively bland and always the same. Breakfast had a limited selection of cheese and cold cuts anyway. Hotel is getting a bit old. But the rooms were clean. Room facilities for a family hotel OK.

Great hotel, lovely reception staff/welcome. Location of hotel is on a hill so not great for those with mobility difficulties. Not much around the hotel. Room was lovely and clean and was cleaned daily. The animation team were great, as were bar staff. Things the hotel can improve on: parasols! If you like the shade, you’ll struggle here unless you’re happy sitting away from the pools. Very limited beds with parasols. You can’t bring your own because of the wind, which could cause an accident. We like the sun so it didn’t bother us, but lots of people (especially those with young children) did struggle. Food could be improved also. Yes, it’s all inclusive, but does need varying. Some chicken was pink :( Our biggest grumble was the evening entertainment. It lasted about 45 mins each night and was the animation team, dancing and miming to songs. They are great dancers, but it does get boring! Little people seemed to enjoy the mini disco.

Overall we found the hotel and grounds to be extremely clean and well maintained. Our room 2216 was extremely clean and the shower was excellent. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. We were however a little disappointed to find out there was an extra charge to have a coffee machine in our room considering we had paid for an upgraded room. The food in the main restaurant was great and plenty of variety, there was always something for everyone to eat. However as expected on an all inclusive holiday this did become repetitive so we chose to eat out several nights. The pool does not open until 9am this has pros and cons. It certainly stops sunbeds getting reserved in the early hours of the morning but equally is a tad late when you have children to occupy and all they want to do is get in the pool. The only negatives I could say was the the pool areas do not offer much shaded areas and the snack bar was a little disappointing often the food was cold and just left in food warmers. The food could of been sat in there for long periods of time and was often left open by other guests. The staff we also incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond.

Ante un problema con una reserva viajando con dos niñas pequeñas, realizada a través de Booking, la dirección del hotel se ha desentendido totalmente de la situación. Debe ser que hay otras prioridades que atender correctamente a los clientes. NO RESERVEIS AQUI A TRAVES DE BOOKING SI VIAJAIS CON NIÑOS PORQUE TENDREIS PROBLEMAS Y NO HARAN NADA. Pocas horas antes de hacer el checkin me avisaron de que no se había tenido en cuenta a las niñas en la reserva, cuando yo llamé 11 días antes para confirmar todo y me dijeron que estaba todo correcto. No le deseo a nadie un comienzo así de vacaciones.
