We stayed for a week bed & breakfast at this lovely hotel, quiet area but lovely if you want to relax, great staff, helpful & very friendly. Hotel, rooms, pool area & restaurants really clean, also had a massage & body exfoliation at the spa which was amazing & the pedicure I had at the salon was the best one I have ever had, the manager was really knowledgeable & gave lots of advice on how to keep my feet in tiptop condition, wish I would’ve gone sooner in the holiday cause I would’ve gone back for a manicure, would highly recommend

Estuve con un Day pass con la intención de darme un bañito en la piscina y relajarme. Pero el hotel está en la playa, en plan, casi encima de la arena. Así que el baño me lo dí en el mar. Comí en la terraza, mirando la arena y el mar. Tenían barbacoa, se ve que todos los viernes. Espectacular el entrecot con su papa y pimientos asados. Para terminar un gin tonic km0 y un par de bañitos más. Un auténtico lujo. Personal cercano, amable, eficiente. Planazo para el día libre.

Das Corallium Beach Hotel Lopesan in San Augustin hat alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet. Das gesamte Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Zimmerservice ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die reichhaltigen Frühstücks- und Abendbüffets bietet den Gästen eine abwechslungsreiche Vielfalt an Gaumenfreuden. Überrascht hat mich vor allem, dass morgens auch laktosefreie Milch, Soja- und Mandelmilch, glutenfreie Produkte und sogar verschiedene Sorten Marmelade und Kuchen für Diabetiker vorhanden waren. Das Abendbüffet mit täglich wechselnden Spezialitäten aus verschiedenen Ländern bringt Frische und Abwechslung auf den Teller. Ein Bademeister/Sanitäter überwacht 8 Stunden am Tag die Sicherheit am Pool. Beide Pools sind mit einem Lift versehen, damit Menschen mit körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen in den Pool kommen. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm (Sport und Abendprogramm) bietet genug Abwechslung. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und besticht durch die liebevoll angelegte Vegetation. Im kleinen Einkaufskaden kann man das Nötigste für den Pool/Strand sowie Getränke und Lebensmittel kaufen. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This hotel is in a very good location although limited number of good restaurants within walking distance — not a problem for us as we took the all inclusive option which was very good value. The place is spotless , service generally excellent and most of the staff very helpful. Great swimming pool and near the beach. Very wide food choices at all meal times although the food itself was rather bland . Main downside was the house wine which was undrinkable and whilst chilled red wine may be popular in Scandinavia, it isn’t with me !! Excellent activities team and shout out to José who was great. Main down side was reception staff who gave conflicting advice in car hire ( we eventually didn’t bother) and one male reception staff member who was surly and didn’t appear to be able to smile.

Pedí en la terraza bar restaurante situada frente a la playa una cerveza para mí y Fanta limón para mí hija, una vez servidas al ir abonar las consumiciones con mi tarjeta de crédito me dice la camarera que lo siente pero que tengo que pagar en efectivo porque el datáfono no funciona, al decirla que no dispongo de metálico que solo tenía tarjeta 💳 pero me presto a efectuar un Bizum que hoy en dia es otra vía de pago, me alega q siente no habérme informado primero de lo acontecido porque ya nos había servido,ante la situación me dice que espere que va hablar con la encargada (mujer joven y de pelo largo y moreno)la cuál decide quitarnos y retirarnos de las manos las consumiciones y básicamente nos echo de forma deliberada a mi hija de 12 años y a mí , haciéndonos sentir repudiadas y avergonzadas en nombre de una de la cadenas más importantes de las islas canarias .La camarera fue siempre agradable y mostró también su vergüenza por nosotras ante la decision de su encargada, como representante en ese momento de la firma.Y que en todo momento quisimos pagar las consumiciones. Posdata: Ojalá nadie tenga que pasar por esa situación de nuevo.

Mentre stavamo ancora mangiando arriva la cameriera con lo scontrino chiedendo di incassare. Non trovando istantaneamente la carta, invece che lasciarci un momento per finire di mangiare e per trovarla, la signora rimane immobile davanti al nostro tavolo. Trovata la carta, incassa e se ne va. Senza chiedere se volevamo per caso un caffè o un secondo. Veramente maleducata. Servizio pessimo.

Food stations not regularly cleaned ice cream scoops have no where to cleanse them. Coffee cups left out with stains and birds sat on tables during breakfast. Rooms are not cleaned properly statins everywhere. No fresh towels they just reuse them. All inclusive drinks especially cocktails not worth it, most of the time you are drinking water or ice. Don’t check out without the room pool towels will happily try and charge you for a towel for 2 hours - customer service doesn’t exist at this hotel. Rude staff, most don’t acknowledge you.

The all inclusive package proffered by this hotel chain is excellent with a good and varied offering of food and drinks throughout the day. The rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean and the accommodation is of good quality for the price. Pools and outside areas are kept clean and tidy and all the staff are unfailingly helpful and good humoured. This was my third visit (twice before to one of their hotels in Fuertaventura) and I will definitely be returning.
