Posada Magic Hill on Vacation

Con respecto a el hotel Magic Hill no tengo nada malo que decir. Habitaciones cómodas, buena atención del personal, comida decente, buena ubicación, ambiente agradable. las dificultades las tuve con on vacations. Pésimo servicio en el hotel Blue Cove. Inicialmente había comprado el paquete para llegar al hotel Blue Cove, sin embargo la primera noche nos enviaron al Magic Hill argumentando qué no habían entregado unas habitaciones del Blue Cove qué estaban en mantenimiento (luego nos dimos cuenta que era falso y que el asesor fue quien cambió la reserva seguramente por razones comerciales). Por este motivo nos tocó incurrir en doble gasto de trasporte. La habitación del Blue Cove (312) demasiado húmeda, el agua se condensaba en el piso y en el techo, solicitamos cambio de habitación pero nos tocaba quedarnos desde las 8 am hasta las 5 pm del día siguiente sin habitación. Decidimos quedarnos ya que nos alteraba los planes que teníamos. En la reserva decía superior quintuple, pero en la habitación había una cama doble y una sencilla. La habitación no tenía ni una ventana por la cual entrara luz. El control del tv no servía, solicitamos en tres ocasiones el cambio y siempre nos dejaron esperando. Nunca lo cambiaron. La última noche el aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar. Solicitamos mantenimiento y nuevamente nos dejaron esperando. Rescato la comida, nos pareció buena, variada y muy suficiente. La piscina agradable y la zona del tobogán y de careteo muy chévere. Es una pena que por el mal servicio opaquen la experiencia de estar en esa bella isla.

The hotel is nice, its facilities are comfortable, it has a very nice view from the restaurant although it is very far from the center and you don't find many things around. However, my rating is based on problems I had with OnVacation, I do not recommend buying with them, they changed our plans 4 days before starting our vacation, they did not comply with the type of accommodation they offered me, I had to stay the first night at the Magic Hill and then move, incurring more expense, to Blue Cove, where the rooms did not meet what was offered and were in terrible condition. Don't be dazzled by the photos and the word promotion, it's really not worth it.

The view of the sea from the hotel is very beautiful, the food is delicious and the rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to any news that may arise. It is a little far from the center so you must pay transportation from the hotel to get to the most touristic sites on the island, however there are several transportation options (motorcycles, taxis, buses). In general, the hotel is very good, I totally recommend it.

quiet place, delicious food, wonderful view, excellent staff, attentive, helpful, punctual with meals and schedules, a route takes guests in the morning and picks them up in the afternoon. Mrs. Rosita from the restaurant, very attentive to everyone, I went with my family and the attention was excellent. THE ONLY THING TO IMPROVE IS THE STRUCTURE OF THE POOL WHICH IS DAMAGED ON THE STEPS

Um local muito agradável, quartos bem limpos, porém não tem Wi-Fi e é um pouco distante do centro, porém eu indico, vista para as praias maravilhosas e o café da manhã muito bom também, esperamos voltar um dia

If you are single or want to have fun, don't stay here. It's VERY far from the center, it's expensive and it's very discouraging to go back and forth every time. The hotel is freezing, the air conditioning cannot be turned off, the water in the bathroom is too cold too. For those who are single: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Positive point: polite staff!

The rooms are organized and clean, you always find clean towels, in addition to excellent service, the food is well presented and they comply with the agreed schedules. The staff is friendly.

I thought the hotel was very nice, it has an excellent view, it has good staff, the rooms are very nice and the service was the best from the moment we arrived until we left 😘🤗 Especially the beautiful view they have in the dining room
