una de las peores experiencias, mi familia y yo nos ilusionaron en una agencia reconocida de cali , con un descuento del 30% pagamos $1.800.000 por persona supuestamente en uno de los mejores hoteles de san andres con buffet ilimitado... pero todo fue falso, llegamos ayer a este hotel y ya queremos irnos del desaseo, la humedad, la mala atencion, nos tocó subir solos el equipaje al 4 piso, nos cambiaron varias veces de habitacion pero en todas el cielo raso se está cayendo, los cuartos huelen a húmedad a sifón, toca mendigar el papel higiénico, está es la hora en que no he podido bañarme porque no hay agua, los baños son antiguos la cerámica se está cayendo a pedazos, la cortina de la ducha rota en mal estado, en el los sanitarios se devuelven las heces por falta de agua, las sábanas sucias, el aire acondicionado está dañado y en este cuarto piso hace demasiado calor, el ascensor no funciona Y EL FAMOSO BUFFET era tan pequeño que para la cantidad de turistas qué habían el desayuno fue escaso y racionado, hoy la cena fue algo pequeño, no había variedad y si pides mas te miran con desprecio, LASTIMOSAMENTE nos estafaron nos dejamos engañar por videos del supuesto hotel en redes sociales pero la realidad es otra, OJALA PUEDAN MEJORAR, INVERTIR EN EL HOTEL PORQUE TODO NECESITA REMODELACIÓN.... por favor si van a viajar, pregunten a sus agencias la realidad de los hoteles, en nuestro caso esperamos mañana cambiar está ruinas por algo mejor , y como es por decisión propia implica doble gasto. QUE TRISTEZA QUE JUEGUEN CON LA ILUSIÓN DE UN SUPUESTO HOTEL LUJOSO que ni 1/2 estrella merece, en algún momento dicen que fue el mejor hotel de San Andrés pero eso es história.... me voy triste desiluciónada

Elevator in maintenance, pool in maintenance and the room has a dirty smell

The bathroom was not clean but we reported it and it was better afterwards. The rest was more organized. The part of the pier and bar is very nice. The bed very clean.

Cleaning was not complete, since there was always residue left in the bathroom, the mirror was never cleaned, the floor was always slippery or slimy in general throughout the room. The pool was only enabled for a whole week on a single day, the rest of the days it was always under maintenance. In general for the cost if maintenance is lacking in all areas.

The best thing about my experience at the hotel was the warmth and kindness of the staff, especially Paola and Marisol, who proved to be very attentive, kind and approachable. I also want to highlight Claudia, Ebony, Deivis, Borlan and Adrián. Without them, my stay would have been really unpleasant, and I'm not exaggerating. Unfortunately, the state of maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired, its deterioration becoming evident from the moment you enter the lobby. The elevator worked intermittently. Upon arriving at the room, we found a problem with the lock that forced us to request an immediate change. In the second room, we were faced with a strong musty smell and generator noise, which made our rest difficult, leading us to request a second change. I recommend staying on the fourth floor to avoid these inconveniences. It is surprising that the rooms lack hot water, which I consider quite unusual since I have visited different tourist destinations and this has never happened to me. The daily replenishment of toilet paper is an inconvenience, since we accommodated three people and we constantly had to request an additional roll, since we ran out during the night and we did not have any for the next morning. In addition, we had to ask for a change of towels regularly and the last few days they didn't even give us a hand towel. They also didn't put bottled water in the minibar. The inconsistent availability of bottled water was also an issue. For a day there was no water in the hotel, at reception they did not give us bottled water or any solution. Fortunately in the kitchen we got three bottles to brush teeth and wash faces and hands while the water came back on. Although the buffet's gastronomic offering is limited, the food stands out for its freshness and flavor. Claudia does an excellent job, very proactive and always attentive to details. The location of the hotel is privileged, close to the pedestrian area, main beach, restaurants, bars and shops. You can reach many points of interest in a matter of minutes. The view from room 413 is wonderful, and the hotel's pier adds a lovely touch where you can swim, snorkel and observe extensive marine life; goldfish, barracudas, manta rays and even nurse sharks. Adrián was always very enthusiastic when answering our questions and telling us about the biodiversity of the island. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations, the bar has insufficient space for all guests and low alcohol quality in the cocktails. Despite this, Marisol, Paola, Deivis and Adrián offered excellent service, making me forget the inconveniences already mentioned. It is a shame that I cannot recommend the hotel due to these shortcomings.

Good in general terms. The guys at the reception are very friendly. I ate it well, cleaning well. The elevator doesn't work but we don't need it. The location is impeccable and the pier has a spectacular view. I would return and recommend it for the price-service-location ratio.

Very bad experience, the hotel rooms, the overall structure is horrible, ugly and in poor condition. It needs to be rebuilt. I do not recommend it. It was a mistake on the part of the travel agency to recommend this place. The food and the worst experience in San Andrés, don't even think about it. coming to this hovel because that's what this hotel is, it doesn't even reach half a star. EVERYTHING BAD, in fact from the first moment I wanted to leave.
