It's a great hotel. The people are very friendly, it shows that they are trained in customer service. Food is delicious. It has three restaurants where you can dine a la carte and they are all exquisite. The snacks are very delicious and the facilities are very comfortable. It is very close to the center and the airport.

Terrible hotel, I don't recommend it. They stole money from me and three new brand-name clothes from the family I was with. The waitresses take the audacity to search the belongings to see what valuables there are and steal them. I was fortunate to travel with my family group (31 people) and the attention was incredible, the place is very beautiful, the people treated us very well, the shows were great every night, the food and drink service was very good, everyone We felt very happy with the attention, we even traveled with my 10 month old baby and all the people at the hotel were always very friendly and were very attentive to what we needed for our daughter, it was an incredible experience, I have seen that many people They complain about the facilities, the check-in times and multiple things, but in our case, everything was indicated to us from the moment we arrived at the hotel and we received great support at all times, we even lost a suitcase at the beach club and The hotel officials were in charge of recovering it and upon receiving it it contained everything, including the money, that says a lot about the hotel and its officials, totally grateful, we hope to return one day when our daughter is older and can enjoy this wonderful place, although sometimes His young age was very happy, thank you very much for everything.

I give this hotel an average status due to its personnel which elevated it greatly. Food, whilst not bad, wasn't great either. Specially when it comes to deserts. My main concern is with the hotel installations. They clearly lack maintenance. Unless you stay in the newest tower with the elevator, you will notice the rooms are incredibly deteriorated. Initially got a room in one of the older ones and after changing to the newer one it was a completely different experience. Not a bad place to stay at thanks to everyone but definitely be aware of these facts.
