excelente hotel, con buena ubicación y su nueva edificación oasis con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy modernas. Así mismo la piscina de arena tiene un toque y un encanto único. La amabilidad y gentileza de sus empleados hacen cada vez más grata la estadía. Buen precio, excelente estadía, buenas instalaciones y comida variada, hacen el plan indicado en la hermosa isla de San Andrés.

Es un hotel que tiene 2 torres, una de mejor estandar (Oasis), y la tradicional. La verdad, las instalaciones necesitan mucho más cuidado, desde que subes las escaleras principales para entrar al lobby, te das cuenta que es descuidado. Nuestra pieza estuvo bastante bien pero porque pedimos alojar en Oasis (te cobran extra). El buffet es super limitado, tienen 3 opciones de carbos (arroz y papa por lo general), nunca hay pescados, y comienzan a retirar toda la comida mucho antes de lo que ellos mismos estipulan. Los postres son lo peor, es basicamente fruta, un dia ni siquiera alcance a comer porque NO reponen a menos que lo exijas. Tienen shows nocturnos que los turnan con El Dorado. Los tragos muchas veces los dan en vasos de carton porque no tienen otros. Y siempre te sirven poco, como si ellos pagaran por el trago!!! Las piscinas son un punto positivo para niños o adultos. El personal siempre esta enojado. Excepto Andrés, el barman que fue muy simpatico.

Me encanto la habitación en la torre Oasis, la piscina que simula una playa y tambien el jacuzzi. La atencion fue expectacular. Realmente la pase super. Las habitaciones muy lindas y limpias, todo el personal muy amable.

Siempre placentero, una excelente opción en san Andrés. Si bien no está al frente de la playa, si cuenta con un hotel de la cadena al frente donde puedes disfrutar del todo incluido. Este hotel tiene una piscina con arena además de una tradicional, si habitaciones son cómodas y la comida increíble y variada.

Struttura abbastanza buona e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Io e mia moglie abbiamo pernottato per tre notti e abbiamo trovato la Paolino è molto comoda in quanto vicina alla spiaggia che era facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La stanza era carina anche se aveva delle tende leggermente bucate e non proprio pulitissime. Pranzo, colazione e cena sono stati di buon livello. Quel che ho apprezzato di più sono stati i succhi, davvero eccezionali. Anche il servizio bar era davvero buono, preparato e e veloce. Le due piscine sono bellissime e molto pulite. Ciò che non abbiamo apprezzato e che ci ha infastiditi è stato il fatto che ci siamo dovuti fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda per tutti i giorni di pernotto. A parte questo l’esperienza è stata in generale positiva. La doccia fredda ha però fatto sì che la valutazione scendesse
