Habitaciones y camas muy buenas, piscina espectacular, buffet magnífico y exquisitos restaurantes. La atención del personal del hotel es excelente, siempre dispuestos a satisfacer al huésped, con mucha amabilidad y carisma, generando un ambiente muy familiar.

Muy bien servicio en general es pequeño pero muy bien ubicado a un par de metros de la playa y tiene los mejores restaurantes de la isla. Piscina buena mediana con un jacuzzi no muy concurrida y de agua caliente. Buen servicio de toallas y deliciosos cocktails

I hated staying in this hotel. they treated me like a criminal. everything was a where you going? where did you come from? so many restrictions on taking food to your room. they watch you like your going to steal something. and the breakfast is disgusting.

Excellent place, Location is perfect, staff INCREDIBLE. Food was to lick your fingers. Room and bed very comfortable and very clean. Many choices of different restaurants. The location in central to almost everything. The beach is right outside of the building.

Hotel muito bom. Quartos completos e bem limpos. Localização excelente e preço acessível. Precisa de reserva com antecedência. E sem falar da maravilhosa ilha de San Andrés que é um capítulo a parte. Do hotel partem vários passeios pela ilha.
