Espectacular en todos los aspectos, la amabilidad y el trato de todos sus colaboradores, el orden, el aseo y la limpieza en las habitaciones, la comodidad de las camas, el compromiso con el medio ambiente, la diversidad de opciones en la comida, lo preciosas que son sus instalaciones, la paz tranquilidad y armonía que se siente solo con verlo. Cercano a la playa y al muelle principal de los tours, alejado del ruido. La maravillosa vista que tuvimos en la habitación y en general por los pasillos del hotel. La vista desde la piscina. Todo en definitiva es espectacular. Recomendadisimo.

We paid a lot of money for a junior suite, the most expensive of our entire stay. When entering the room, there were hairs everywhere, the bed was not well made, the shower room and the toilet completely clogged. The next morning we changed rooms but the maintenance remained very minimal, the Shower windows have not been cleaned in 5 days. The shower was clogged and the shower had to be loaded. The sheets were not changed during the entire stay either. The products (soap/shampoo/cream) were only half replaced. The patio door was poorly installed so the wind came through and made a huge racket. There was a handle to open the patio door from the inside but not from the outside and as it was horribly hard to open we had to leave it a little open so as not to get caught on the gallery. The view was exceptional but as the windows were very very dirty we couldn't enjoy it as much. Sad because we had to pay more for it. The staff was either very welcoming/courteous/helpful or the opposite. Excellent service from Léo at reception, Robert at the front door and Andres at lunch 👌 who made us forget a little of the inconveniences with their smiles and their services. Very well located. It's really the price compared to the performance that was very disappointing. Not at all up to the American standard of cleanliness but I have the impression that it is the standard of the island. Too expensive.

Banheiro com muitos problemas e o vaso sanitário não funcionava direito. A recepção não era eficiente e não obedeceu a ordem de chegada dos hóspedes passando na frente de outros o checkin. A cerveja do restaurante nunca estava bem gelada. Detalhes que incomodam.

Very poor room cleaning. Dirty bed linen. Bad shower. Cleaning girl wanted to clean the room at 8:30 in the morning. Very good breakfast: lots of variety, everything hot.

Perfect location, comfortable room, great breakfast and nice pool. I recommend!
