Qué experiencia tan mala. Pocos hoteles tan regulares como éste. Nos sentimos engañados asaltados en la buena fe. Nos vendieron los servicios de un hotel con Wi-Fi, con gimnasio, con televisión y no tenía nada de eso. El Wi-Fi no entraba en la habitación, el televisor estaba malo, el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar. Los baños olía a humedad. Sinceramente fue una estafa *********. Claro que comunicaré y me quejare ante la superintendencia de industria y comercio y a Cotelco por la publicidad engañosa que *********mente hacen. Si miran la página del hotel verán como lo promociona con servicios que no tiene, no tienen piscina no tiene gimnasio, y gran parte del hotel no tiene Wi-Fi. No volvería allí por nada del mundo

Just across the street you will have the best coralline white beach at the Caribbean. Excellent for swimming, diving, snorkling or just relaxing with a cold Colombian beer in your hands. Excellent prices. With the same money you have to spend in North American or Europe daily you can stay 3 or 4 days in San Andres Island.

Un hotel para no volver y mucho menos recomendar. Ladrones, nos robaron de la caja fuerte. Sufrimos burlas y tomadas de pelo del personal, como la Sra. Carolina(gerente), Sra . María(recepcionista) y el jefe de Recepción. Están acostumbrados a que pase eso y se cubren entre ellos. Nadie se hace cargo si te roban,no hay acompañamiento del hotel y mucho menos empatía. Si quieren disfrutar al 100% de esa Isla hermosa que es San Andrés,NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL. Para poder volver solo con hermosos recuerdos y no una mancha negra en las vacaciones.

The location is good because it is a few steps away from the beach. However, we were transferred to another hotel from the chain, which was three blocks away from the beach. We did not have a say in the change, it was just done by the hotel upon check-in time. We were changed to Portobelo Plaza Las Americas.

El hotel tiene graves problemas de humedad por lo que el olor es muy desagradable todo el tiempo, No puede graduar el aire acondicionado, la caja de seguridad no sirve, debes dejar una ventana abierta todo el tiempo para que el olor a humedad no sea tan fuerte. No tienen servicio de WiFi en la habitación, No sirve la señal de TV, el aseo es pésimo.

En primer lugar es horrible, no tiene piscina, todo humedo, al segundo dia no encontramos control remoto, finalmente estaba entre sabanas y cobertor, es decir nadie hizo verdaderamente aseo. Sucio. Obligan a duch**** antes de entrar , en la calle. NO TIENE AGUA POTABLE. Podria seguir y seguir, es el peor hotel en que he estado , no volveria aunque me lo regalaran.
