Excelente hotel, cumple todas las expectativas de un gran Resort cinco estrellas, dejando claridad que es el mejor en San Andrés Islas muy lejos de los demás. Su todo incluido es de lo mejor y su personal en cabeza de su Gerente Marco Antonio Salinas deja en alto esta gran cadena. Es imposible referirse en esta reseña a una sola persona, ya que todos hicieron de mi estadía, un viaje único e inigualable para mi esposa y para mi; agradecimientos totales.

Mi consejo es que terminen todo el hotel y acá me van a tener al menos una vez en el año La piscina excelente la comida muy rica Las almohadas son muy buenas excelente te colchones el aire está muy muy bueno y fiera de eso la ducha me gustó mucho en mi opinión el consejo más oportunos es darle con toda para terminar el hotel en su totalidad Las personas son excelentes quien nos atendieron Gracias muchas gracias

Todo muy bien! Aún le falta habilitar cosas al hotel pero lo que está funciona perfecto. El personal muy atento todo el día. Las instalaciones y decoración de muy buen gusto. Variedad en el buffet y en los tragos del bar. Buena ubicación cerca de todo!
