The beds were NOT queen-sized. They were very uncomfortable for two average adults to fit into, and we rolled to the middle because they were in such bad shape! Wouldn't stay here again unless NEW updated beds were put into place.

Country music plays loud 24/7 in the lobby and we were on the first floor, and could hear it and couldn't sleep. We picked up the phone to call the front desk, and the phone didn't work. The shower generated a trickle of water. The hotel is rundown, and needs a remodel. The mattress and the bedding was worn. The window shade didn't roll up and was damaged. The breakfast was skimpy and there was no decaf coffee.

Not a typical HIE experience. Hotel needs an upgrade and a refresh badly. Not very friendly customer service, no acknowledgment of Diamond membership upon check in. I haven’t seen a TV with such a small screen size in a hotel in years. I can usually connect to the internet with ease and few clicks with IHG Connect. I don’t think this hotel even has this, it was your old style internet connection website where you have to enter codes and passwords with a third party to log on. I haven’t seen this in a long time with IHG. It normally recognizes me when I try to log in from my device but these people are still operating from the Stone Age. Carpets and flooring were filthy. Both phones were disconnected from the wall. I plugged both in and only one worked. Breakfast was luke warm and coffee too, even at an early hour. IHG needs to visit this location, I wouldn’t be surprised if they tell them to get their act together or even consider a reflag. The Comfort Suites in town is actually better.
