I am so sorry to write a negative report. My experiences with Marriott have always been OK. This Residence was challenging. We were there 4 days and moved to a different room each day. The thermostats did not work and no one knew how to repair them. They have only a part time maintenance person which is crazy for that large hotel/motel. They are very understaffed. I do not recommend it.

Zero shower pressure & active mildew all over shower caulk.
I have stayed here many times over the years & was surprised that the conditions have gone down hill since my last stay.

Room was never cleaned. Had to call for clean towels and toilet paper. Had to throw own trash in dumpster.

It was fine, not outstanding but not bad either if I needed to be in San Angelo again I would choose this hotel for sure. Staff were outstanding though.
