First, I requested an accessible room, didn't get one. My husband needs grab bars for the shower, so he was unable to use the shower. The room we had was all the way down the hall from the elevator, for someone with limited mobility that's an ordeal.
Second, the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were like bricks.

Uncomfortable. The beds are relly hard. And honestly the only reason I pick let's hotel was because they served breakfast, I have too young kids that we're not gonna wait until 9 am to eat.
The breakfast did open later than I expected and one of the two days they didnt serve it at all.. They should also clean the coffee pots better. I was scared to use it just because of how dirty it was.

The hotel was great, but the parking was ...really bad. It was so crowded that people parked 3-car deep completely blocking acess to the check on area.
