We’ve stayed on the Riverwalk many times over the year at a variety of properties. On our travels around the country, we look for Home 2 properties when we want something practical - they have all the extra appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, separate sink, couch, desk, etc). This one particularly is nice and clean. Our room (801) has a nice balcony overlooking the pool, River, and beautiful courthouse). Easy access to the Riverwalk and attractions. Breakfast offerings were chain - typical (we did not eat there after checking it out). And, at night there were numerous homeless, although none caused any problem). Staff was friendly and courteous.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and the rooms were so spacious. We are a family of 4 but our kids prefer to sleep separately. We've stayed at many hotels with 2 beds plus a sofa sleeper but we lose quite a bit of space in those type of rooms. These suite rooms at Home 2 suites are very spacious and comfotable with the queen beds as well!

Bianca Sanchez, the Assistant General Manager of the Home 2 Suites By Hilton San Antonio Lackland Seaworld, is the finest manager that I have even dealt with in my 50 plus years of booking hotel reservations. Bianca is a kind, caring and competent manager who appreciates the customers that she serves through the day. Bianca strives to make your lodging experience pleasant and enjoyable so that you will continue to booking at her facility. The front desk staff consisting of Ricky, Janice and Sarah are also extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this Hilton Home 2 Suites!

The valet made things easy and were waiting upon check in. Valerie at the front desk was amazing and answered all of my questions on the area. She loves her job and is a pleasure! Big room with a lot of space and a balcony. Great location for anything downtown on the riverwalk. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again!
