The hotel was the best. They have the best staff, I was so impressed! Rooftop pool and bar was on point! I got a text everyday asking how was my stay and if I needed anything. The valet was fast. The restaurant was delicious and the cook and staff amazing!

nice hotel great location and great service but i must say the valet broke my driver side door handle that now i have to get fixed but besides that had a wonderful visit

Amazing staff. Clean cost rooms. Withing walking distance of Alamo and river walk. Crystal and Marc ( chief engineer) were friendly and professional. Both made our stay amazing!! Staff was all friendly and accommodating of any needs. Clean lobby and patio area!!

Pros: Fantastic staff especially the 2nd shift front counter lady who helped us multiple times, and the chef who is always fun to talk to. Pool is nice, warm, clean, and does have handicap accessibility. Rooms are very comfortable and the AC works great! Amazing shower pressure Cons: The building is a little beat up in parts but nothing that disrupted us The pool is in an open area so if your room is near it sound can definitely carry. Overall would definitely stay here again 👍
