Warning, Nickle and Dime experience, everything was an invite to a fee. I stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club Wild Oak Ranch in San Antonio, with my husband using a free night 1-4 category award. I was curious how the property would be, considering its a time share. We are business owners both Hyatt Globalists and spend approximately 250 nights a year in hotels/resorts having top status with 4 brands. after checking in 4pm (extremely late, no Hyatt status here, they left me 2 vm's making sure I was well aware of the 4pm-10am) they direct you to the concierge for your parking permit, that's where the friendly time share sales pitch begins. Just politely say no and let them know you have to go, because the lazy river is closing at 6pm. This Property was over all disappointing, there was a fee for everything including smores. you will receive endless text invites to (let them take care of dinner tonight, hotdogs at the pavilion. when you show up of course it's a fee. the grills are all locked up, you have to request a light and then they never send anyone. lots of rules and lack of service. I included pictures of the schedules note everything is a fee even if it's not listed. We were in the back building by the grills, the room was nice just a view of the trees. 10am checkout! FYI World of Hyatt Members it's been 8 days since I checked out and they have not added stay to my account status or Brand Explorer.
