The staff is really helpful and friendly. It looks exactly like the pictures. Feels like an old school converted into apartments. They provide everything you need and are very detailed. It would have been better had I made it a longer stay so I could have taken advantage of the kitchen.

A little tricky getting codes to get in etc. but overall good. A bit noisy at night due to being in the middle of the action downtown which isn't bad for a lot of people. If you are there to have a good time it's perfect. Lot's of cool things and places to explore nearby.

Great location, close to everything. Clean and quiet atmosphere once in the building, the room was clean up to date and had all the necessary amenities needed. The price for one night was very reasonable and worth the value.

Pros…Location was just a quick minute walk to the Riverwalk and the apartment was comfortable and spacious. Very nice to come back to and relax before heading out again. Attentive and friendly staff. Cons…NOISE from multiple dumpsters being emptied and delivery trucks EVERY morning from about 2am -4am. VERY LOUD and VERY DISRUPTIVE.

I had the pleasure of Q assisting us with valet. Q was warm, friendly, and informative. This was an unexpected experience that started our weekend off great.

I stayed at The Maverick for a month and had a really great experience from start to finish. The front desk team was fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to anything I needed. The reservations process was smooth, and communication was fast and easy the whole time. What really stood out was the hospitality. The manager and reception staff always greeted me warmly, and the valet team was just as friendly and welcoming. It made a big difference starting each day with a smile and coming back to such a positive atmosphere. There’s also a cool bar and even a comedy club in the basement, which made it fun to stay in and still have something to do. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. The location couldn’t be better—just half a block from the River Walk, with theaters, bars, restaurants, and pretty much all the main attractions within a mile or less. Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether you’re visiting for a short trip or an extended stay. I’d definitely come back.
