It was a great experience; staff on the counter were polite and helpful that made my check-in/out quick and easy. Room were clean and quiet so we could rest nicely. Definitively I'll go back. Also the breakfast was fully; they have all you can expect and also clean.

Really nice hotel. I was kind of hesitant bc I always try to find the best hotels with good rates BUT UP TO DATE and this place didn’t disappoint. Got a two bed room and it was huge with a lot of space for me and my family.

The people that work there are so welcoming and sweet. Beds are so comfortable and air conditioning is wonderful, water is hot and it is a great locating not far from the airport right off the interstate and not far from downtown either. Pillows are fabulous. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

The property was located close to our destination in San Antonio.
However, Google did not take us directly to the property even though we entered the exact address, AND we had to do a 6 mile interstate loop to get back to the property. Probably just a glitch from Google that can be remedied.
The breakfast at the property was well done with very attentive and kind staff helping at every turn. Room was full at the time we went, but everyone seemed to be getting what they needed, and fresh food was coming out regularly. This is one of those times when it appeared that people really care about how they do their job, and how it makes others feel. Great experience.

The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms and hotel in general are clean. Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy but always hot and ready. I did not have the chance to use the gym but did go in it and it was clean and well stocked.

This very nice hotel is at a somewhat strange exit on I10, with basically nothing else in the vicinity, or for a couple of exits. Despite that, it's well positioned for visiting San Antonio, being about 15 minutes from downtown. Presumably due to its unpopulated exit, it is less expensive than most of the other chain hotels in the area, and is a relatively new and well maintained property. The rooms have the newer (presumably pet-friendly) hard floors, which I find preferable to the typical hotel carpet of questionable cleanliness. The room was well cleaned and function with standard amenities for the chain. It's a slightly smaller property, so has a smaller breakfast room, but they still serve a full hot breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and climate control worked well. Internet works (passwordless). TV seemed to have a full satellite lineup. Sound isolation from the hallway isn't great, but I didn't hear the neighbors at all. Overall a very reasonable, and inexpensive BW.

The pillows and bed were super clean The breakfast was hot and on time every morning The WiFi was amazing And I can thank the staff enough for the hospitality they gave to me while I was there on business away from my family. They were able to make me feel right at home
