The room pictures indicate that there is a balcony. I had to pay an additional $30 per day to get the room depicted in the descriptive pictures. They explained that they use generic pictures for many rooms. At best, it's careless; at worst, intentional. In any case, it is misleading. I never had a similar problem with my other bookings at trip.com. The elevator wasn't working for two days, and they didn't even bother to put up a sign. Overall, the hotel doesn't seem to care about its customers.

The location is very good, in the city center, near the river, it is considered a river view room. The room is large, clean and tidy, the hotel service facilities are also very good, the overall feeling is still very good

First time to San Antonio. Had a really great experience at this hotel. Was fairly priced, within a short walking distance to the Alamo and most other downtown attractions, and our room had a great view of the Fiesta riverwalk parade. The breakfast staff was super nice.

We stayed for 4 nights, good size room and bathroom, very clean. Next to the riverwalk, great place to stoll, there was the Fiesta boat parade on our last night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Nice place, recommended.
