Wonderful spring break family trip March 2022! Some slowness on food/cleaning up the downstairs lobby lounge side areas but they were adjusting & training staff to adding back more options from the pandemic

Great staff and facility! We also got a cabana and all the staff was really kind and helpful. The on campus restaurant food was excellent and the staff was very respectful and helpful! The grounds were well kept and there were several recent upgrades to the gym/workout facility and equipment.

This is a nice property but on a saturday in january very little open on the property, only 1 restaurant, almost all entry doors locked. Not worth the cost this time of year.

Fantastic stay! Beautiful and well kept resort, gracious service at every corner and amazing pool environment. Kiddos loved it, too! Cibolo Moon breakfast buffet was delicious- cannot say I’ve had a better breakfast buffet anywhere else and we travel frequently (titanium elite)!

The hotel was OK, but unfortunately the Cibolo Moon Restaurant was not prepared for the weekend / Easter event. We arrived at 10:45 for a regular breakfast and the Restaurant was not accepting customers and redirecting to another Restaurant which had between 45 min to an hour waiting list. They told us they would open again at 12 / noon, but at noon they told us there was a waiting list and we should wait for at least one more hour. Since 10:45 there were a lot of open tables, and there was no interest from it's Staff to help / accommodate Customers. As a Bonvoy Member I feel sorry for this kind of situation.

Hotel is dated. The golf course was nice. 18 Oaks restaurant was mediocre. Food was average and often came out lukewarm. Steak was under seasoned . The pre-fixe menu was $165 a person and drinks 21$ +. The restaurant and High Velocity bar was advertised as 21 year + however there were kids and babies thru out. Not fun! Room service took forever. Overall, don’t recommend.
