I’ve been going to this hotel for over 20 years. The lobby bar has been remodeled several times but was has remained constant is one of the best bartenders I have ever met, Roffe. He’s been there for at least 20 years and we have built quite the friendship. Always professional, polite, friendly and always smiling. He’s the reason I book this hotel every time I come to town.

I travel for business frequently and stay at different Marriott locations globally I had wonderful experience speaking with your representative Katayoon. She is highly accommodating, pleasant, arranged the changes for my accommodations quickly and efficiently and when I arrived every thing was ready and was above my expectations. Rofee did a super job. Excellent bartender and very friendly staff. I was here for business and the general feel for my visit was greatly enhanced by this experience.

Just want to say Roffe was wonderful everytime I came to order food. Everyone at the hotel is extremely courteous and nice. At the executive lounge, a gentleman who works in the evening goes out of his way to be kind. Thank you all!

Had the pleasure of having a nightcap with Roffe after a long day. He was very attentive and friendly. I needed that break and he delivered. Excellent service and I would recommend anyone to ask for him if they are in San Antonio and staying at the Marriott Rivercenter!

Roffe, was extremely helpful helped by me with my menu options and courteous! I also noticed he was a team player as he helped his other colleagues with their orders .
