COMPLETE GARBAGE. THIS PLACE IS BC ACTUAL LITERAL TRASH. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE. THEY SUCK THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS ASS.

Pésimo , al check in nos dieron una habitación para discapacitados al reclamar me dijo q así la habíamos solicitado , éramos 3 en una habitación y jamás se hizo reserva así
De mala gana nos cambiaron a otra q tenía las toallas sucias , las cambiaron
Al día siguiente x la noche notamos q no habían hecho el aseo , al preguntar me dice q lo hacían cada 4 días , sean huéspedes nuevos o no !!!!
Pero con excepción nos harian el aseo y cambio de toallas al siguiente día , así fue con una toalla sucia

All staff were great....I didn't eat the breakfast downstairs but it seemed well attended each morning....loved having Coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room.

The staff was great my main interactionswas with Daniel and he was superb, the area around the hotel is rather questionable. There was rusting on doors and water stains. The toilet paper in the bathroom had old yellow rings on it so we used tissues.

Room doors don’t lock all the way, a/c makes lots of noise when running, restroom door doesn’t have a lock, pillows very old and smelly, bed was not comfortable plus had to mention I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking… this one does charge for parking per night
