The hotel has very convenient transportation, excellent location, easy parking, enthusiastic front desk service, large rooms, clean and textured bedding, good quality toiletries, rich breakfast. The only downside is that the refrigerator and air conditioner are a bit loud, so those with insomnia should prepare earplugs.

The van took 45 minutes to pick us up from airport. We called twice & were told he’s on his way It’s a 5 minute drive. We stay here often when we fly but still don’t have an answer why it took driver 45 minutes to drive across the street. We could have Ubered if they wouldn’t have kept saying on his way

A quick stay with no issues. The hotel is located in an industrial area with limited dining options. As an alternative the food delivery apps have a great selection for meals. The staff at check in and check out were pleasant. Overall no issues during my short stay.

I must share to great customer service stories. 1. I arrived in the morning on April 28th hoping to check in and Haley was on the Front desk. She began to tell me that they were sold out however, she did reserve her room for me on the first floor. The so what is I never said who I was when I walked to the front desk but she said I know who you are and continued addressing me by my name! I was completely blown away and was so appreciative of her attention to detail knowing that I come every 90 days and she paid attention. That is customer service times a thousand in my opinion. 2. April 29, 2024, I went to the front desk to ask them to send a maintenance man to my room to replace the light bulbs that were out. When returned to my room at 6:00 p.m. not only were the lights not replaced but my room was not serviced. I went to the front desk and asked if someone could fix the lights and service my room. The front desk clerk sent the maintenance man Austin who graciously not only replace my lights but replaced the towels in my room and trash. Once again going above and beyond customer service, and it was so much appreciated.

The hotel is only a short way from the San Antonio airport by bus or taxi. Staff were great and allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. Room was very comfortable although the ergonomics were a bit odd with the television at right angles to the bed! Other than, we had no issues with our stay. Most restaurants are within a 20 minute walk including a seafood, steakhouse, and a Cracker Barrel. Unfortunately, we were not able to avail ourselves of the complimentary breakfast due to our very early flight. Would definitely stay here again if I need to be near San Antonio airport.
