Hotel service, location and environment are good, but the facilities are too old. The toilet is that old toilet. The wardrobe is also really small. The room is also really small. Wins in service and location. The location is very close to the riverwalk.

When we booked the room, we were not told about the hotel having hot water issues. We went to clean up for a family event and there was nothing but cold water. When we spoke to two different front clerks were in different about the hot water issue. We spoke to a couple from England who said there has not been hot water for three or four days. Another lady was highly upset about the hot water issue stating she couldn’t even shower for two days after getting sweaty walking around the sites of San Antonio and now was flying home stinky, sticky, and feeling gross. The lobby area smelled of dirty mop water and strong cleaner. The air conditioning said is was 73.5° but it was freezing in the room and even after turning it off, because it wouldn’t adjust, it stayed freezing. I couldn’t stay in the room and woke up at 3 am to go outside to warm up. After all the years we have been Hilton Honors members, this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend you skip this place. We were fortunate to get a room for the second night at another hotel close by and have been treated extremely well here. The only decent employees were the parking attendants, Jay M. And Isaiah. I apologize to those two as I was unable to get cash to tip them as we were dealing with all the other issues. Troy F.

I recently stayed at the Emily Morgan in San Antonio and had a wonderful stay. I had the pleasure of meeting Jose M when he took care of my car and he was a delight. He was very friendly and even asked me about my stay. I will definitely be coming back when I visit again.

Loved the atmosphere. Staff was amazing. They went out of their way to get transportation so I would not miss my plane booked for the wee hours of the morning.
My room was cozy. Loved the chocolate chip cookie and water welcome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at The Emily Morgan Hotel. The location cannot be beat, and we appreciated how pleasant and walkable our experience was. The Emily Morgan Hotel staff, without exception, go above and beyond to make our stay a pleasure. Valet partners Jay M and Isaih were especially helpful in making our travel and parking experience a breeze!

Older hotel across from the Alamo. Very nice staff. I had a nice spacious room that was nice upgrade. Very accommodating front desk since i was there training a new person. Breakfast was fine, although not a great value for the cost. Sat at the bar for dinner, since the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30.The restaurant waitress was complaining to the bartender about the hotel and staff while I was sitting there. Very unprofessional.
