Great hotel! I felt my stay at the hotel accommodations were satisfactory. The hotel staff showed great hospitality. Cheyanne, The front desk the receptionist was excellent. She explained to me my Bonvoy perks. I feel as someone traveling from overseas this was the right hotel for my business trip.

-Blinds in window facing outside would not close, had to place brochures in window to block 2foot gap across window.
-Bathroom lights at sink/mirror would not work.
-Reading lights on headboard was out.
-Shower seat had screws coming out of wall, and was not safely secured.
-Eye contacts x2 were found in bedding on king bed
-Pillows missing from room (guest services had to obtain pillows from another room)

What a joke! We had a reservation weeks in advance for a king suite. Upon arrival they put us in a double queen & called it an “ upgrade”. I don’t think so. Beds were awful, no safe in the room and the shower would either be extremely hot water or cold; nothing in between. We requested it be looked at, but it didn’t get resolved. We tried to talk with management 3 times, but no manager was available and on duty staff couldn’t do anything but offer Bonvoy points. When I asked what good they were, the attendant said it would be put towards a future stay with them. Really?? That’s a worthless resolution.

Avoid staying at this hotel, as it lacks adequate safety measures. The parking lot has no security, leading to frequent vehicle break-ins—an issue acknowledged by the staff yet unresolved for years. Despite signs advising guests to secure their valuables, incidents persist, evident from the regular complaints at the front desk and the visible glass shards from shattered car windows. During my visit, I noticed hotel personnel cleaning up glass from multiple parking spaces, indicating recent break-ins. Despite raising concerns with the front desk, I was informed that management has repeatedly declined to enhance security measures. Additionally, the hotel falls short in responding to room service requests. Guests must visit the front desk for essentials, and the cleanliness of the rooms is subpar, with unclean linens and insufficient bathroom supplies. It is advisable to avoid all hotels in this area due to these pervasive issues.

Got 2 king suites, one room had a fridge that did not work. When I went to the front desk to ask, I was informed they new that it did not work and did nothing to help. Hotel was under construction but did not make customers aware when purchasing. Would not recommend

Hotel was being remodeled. All amenities were closed- pool, fitness center, and even water bottle filler. The remodel was supposed to start later in the year and I was not noticed even when I booked months in advance. This cause extra noise early in the morning and you could hear power tools starting early on Sunday morning even though checkout was noon. Booked hotel for pool and it wasnt available so disappointed. Mattress was also very very hard.

What I like the most at this hotel was the staff. They went above and beyond with the service. They did not make me feel like a number but more so like a family member. I left my watch and when I called the front desk without hesitation, they expeditiously had my watch delivered to my location.

Es un excelente hotel lamentablemente está en remodelación y no tuve conocimiento hasta dos días antes, por lo que el área de desayuno estaba reducido y en el lobby mucha tierra, la alberca estaba muy fría, pese a que está techada y se supone climatizada, si vas a visitar sea world, relativamente esta cerca y a un costo accesible, espero en un futuro no tenga esos inconvenientes ya que he ido recurrentemente
