I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom. When I arrived the clerk asked if I recently booked the room because their were no more 2 bedrooms available. We ended up staying in 2 separate rooms.

The key in the room they assigned us did not work. The receptionist refused to give us another room, we had to wait more than half an hour until a technician arrived and opened the door. We asked for the room to be cleaned, they never did it. Breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m., at 9:00 there was almost nothing and they refused to restock. Toilet with water leak. Screams and laughter in the next room until dawn. Nobody put order. Nothing recommended.

The rooms here are dirty I found bed bugs in my room 408 on top of that the sink on the bottom was covered in paint to hide the black mold growing on the walls and cabinets. Managers are no help and of course deflect when brought to their attention. Stay away

The general manager was very helpful as the AC had gone out before we arrived, they made arrangements for us to stay at a nearby hotel. AC ended up being fixed so we did stay at the Residence Inn. Everyone was so friendly & helpful during our stay.
