The attention of the staff was very good, and the hotel is very central for my benefit since it is 20 minutes away, the breakfast was good and very varied. I liked it very much and we are satisfied. We will return soon to spend another or several nights

The hotel was so nice. It was very clean, comfortable and the staff were all just amazing. They definitely made us feel at home. I talked to Frances and was so sweet and helpful. She gave us some recommendations of places to see and what to avoid. We will come here again

My husband (and I) has been traveling to San Antonio for the last 12 years. He always picks San Antonio Marriott Northwest. It’s nice to walk in and feel at home. Regardless of the request, they always do their best to accommodate. The number one on this all-star team is Frances, in the members lounge. She knows all the members and remembers them for years! I consider myself lucky when I get to come along, knowing Frances will be there. She continues to serve us and make amazing recommendations. Thank you Team!

Hidden Gem in San Antonio! Staff is super friendly and food and drinks are a MUST try! Service at the restaurant and bar and lounge are incredible that I even asked for a list of employees: Frances, Victoria, Eric, Gabe, Sydney's, Michael, Chef James and Director Pedro. Also thank you Mrs.Hill for helping me out! Definitely recommend this hotel.

One of the BEST hotels in San Antonio for our stay-cation. Jennifer assisted me with some issues during my stay and Pedro followed up with a complimentary amenity! My Family will always come back!! Love your Rooms and your Hospitality is A+!!
