The apartment vibe was amazing, really enjoyed every moment

Well… Marriott got me again. They charged me for parking! This is suburban San Antonio. There’s parking lots for as far as the eye can see and most are empty at night. I don’t like having to pay for surface parking with no attendant. I plan to stay elsewhere next time. Facility is ok, staff is friendly.

Overall ok stay. Exhaust was not working, sofa bed was not in good shape, cooking utensils were limited and even though facility seemed to be pet free but was seeing furs on carpet. Breakfast was good and frontdesk staff was polite and helpful.

Room was nice but the pillows were flat and the bed was not comfortable.

I really didn't notice until i needed a walker after my surgery, but the access for individuals that need walking assistance are in real trouble entering the hotel. Carpets that catch your walker, door are not automatic are a real hindrance. Other than that all staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel location and safety are helpful.

The hotel was very convenient, has easy parking, and was safe and quiet. Overall I would rate it 5 stars.

The suite was big, but they advertised a lot more kitchen stuff than what was actually there.

This was my fourth time at this hotel. Over these trips I kept seeing the same items. The hotel rooms were priced very reasonably at $89 but the city, county and state taxes added $15. They charge $5 for open parking but there's plenty of parking at the medical office complex next door which is mere feet away, make sure you tell them you didn't park at the hotel. Drinks and snacks at the small store next to the front desk were quite high with a orange crush coming in over $5. The carpets throughout the hotel are worn, dirty and stained. Many rooms seem to be out of service. The room itself had many problems. 1. Carpet dirty and worn. I did not to walk on them barefooted. UV light showed many stains. 2. Worn and damaged furniture in almost every room I stayed in. 3. Very noisy AC unit which I had to trip off the circuit breaker to sleep. 4. Torn and worn bedclothes. 5. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean however a drawer came off in my hand when I opened it. 6. Both TVs very old, not HD and poor image quality. 7. Extreme amount of highway construction surrounding the hotel making access difficult. Expect to spend a lot time in traffic, especially on 1604. Add 30-45 minutes to GPS predicted travel times during the day.

Please go to room 414 and try sleeping on that lumpy, lopsided joke of a bed. By far the worst Hotel bed ever! Lol
