Not good!! Arrived at 4:00 and have to wait until 5:00 to receive the room. Very bad AC system! โ for breakfast is useless nothing to eat. Super limited stuff. Parking costs 50$ a night which is ridiculous. Very old furniture and not comfy at all.

For $320. Per night - This Embassy Suites was Very Disappointing . It was missing the very basics inn the bathroom, very cheap presentation of products, we had to ask for towels, shower cap, cloth hangars the bed sheets on the King bed were very smallโฆ not the right size, when we got into the bed we could not get comfortable because of the way the sheets and bed spread were placed.
๏ผ We called the front desk and asked for a robe - we were told that โwe are not that kind of hotel - we have none. A Hilton related Hotel? I am a Hilton Club member -
๏ผ We weโre told that because of COVID 19 that they were still on back order for sheets and that the Nee Mattresses did not fit the sheets they presently have.
The Coffee Maker did not work - and so much more .
I would rate this property a 3 out of 10.

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.
