For $320. Per night - This Embassy Suites was Very Disappointing . It was missing the very basics inn the bathroom, very cheap presentation of products, we had to ask for towels, shower cap, cloth hangars the bed sheets on the King bed were very small… not the right size, when we got into the bed we could not get comfortable because of the way the sheets and bed spread were placed.
＞ We called the front desk and asked for a robe - we were told that “we are not that kind of hotel - we have none. A Hilton related Hotel? I am a Hilton Club member -
＞ We we’re told that because of COVID 19 that they were still on back order for sheets and that the Nee Mattresses did not fit the sheets they presently have.
The Coffee Maker did not work - and so much more .
I would rate this property a 3 out of 10.

The experience was lovely, customer service was perfect, and the location was great. However, they can work on valet service and the cleanliness due to mildew on the ceiling of bathroom. Lastly. I do wish I had time to try their breakfast but I wasn't able to due to my schedule, it's a nice touch though.

Very nice hotel. Great view from the 16th floor balcony. Amazing breakfast. Strategic location. Walkable distance to riverside shopping center and other beautiful places. Cost of parking is high though. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

Terrific hotel! Great location, we walked everywhere. Very clean and well-maintained. Fitness room and pool are clean and nice. The rooms are big and beds and pillows comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful- nice choices on the buffet and cooked to order omelettes and eggs. The staff were all helpful and kind.
