If they had room service would have been perfect. My 4 year old loved the kiddie and regular pools. Breakfast was fine and lids under 5 ate for free. The Spur restaurant food and beer selection were great too and prices were decent. Great location to Sea World.

The property was under construction and making repairs and upgrades and changing money to park your vehicle. If I knew that I would have stayed elsewhere. That should have been disclosed at booking. On the second day my room didn’t get cleaned

Room was ok, staff was very nice, still don’t understand the Pay For Parking thing, and still have not seen how much of my $100.00 for parking and deposit will be refunded like I was told at check in.

It started with a very grumpy front desk. Followed by them telling us rooms were ready but we needed to pay $40 to check in since it was 2pm and check in is 4 pm. The manager agreed and said there were no exceptions. I took our bags back to the car and went to the pool to kill 2 hours. The pool chairs had ripped cushions and the towels were stained. At 4, we checked in…and the room was not cleaned. Crazy that this place stays in business. We will not return.

Horrible experience at check-in, waiting over 5 hours, with no apology from staff, no effort to help, and a run-around when we asked why so many other people were being checked in ahead of us. What happened was they prioritized preparing rooms of a large group that arrived only hours later, and they were too embarrassed to admit it. Show flexibility, be kind to your customers, and think about how you can help. Or at least manage expectations! That's not what they do.

We only spent the night, but the hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
