Beautiful view from our hotel room ❤️ would stay here again only problem was there was some teens who were going through my laundry when I went back down to laundry room. And I ended up having some clothes missing.

We brought 200 students for a school trip, and the staff handled us with so much care and hospitality! Breakfast always served with a friendly smile, and front-desk staff were great with the students and chaperones. Lexxi, one of the managers, was INCREDIBLE with our group and helping us get checked in.

The service was great especially at starbucks thanks to MADDIE for making great coffee every morning. Her people skills were outstanding.,Made staying here great. Hotels need more people like her that make staying there great. Will use double tree again .

During a recent stay at the Double Tree by Hilton in San Antonio, located conveniently at 410 and San Pedro near the airport, I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service by a barista named Maddie at the Starbucks within the hotel. Maddie's professionalism, kindness, and skill stood out remarkably and contributed significantly to the enjoyment of my visit. From the moment I placed my first order, it was clear that Maddie was not just a regular barista. She took the time to understand my preferences, ensuring that my drinks were made to my specifications. Her willingness to craft my lavender latte, not just once but up to four times a day, to perfection, was truly impressive. Each latte was a masterpiece of flavor, making every morning a delight. What made Maddie's service even more special was her friendly demeanor and the genuine Texas charm she exuded. It's rare to come across someone who not only excels at their job but also embodies the warmth and hospitality that both Texas and Hilton Brands are renowned for. As a Diamond member of Hilton, I've experienced various levels of customer service, but Maddie's attentiveness and exceptional service made my stay much more enjoyable. Her ability to make guests feel comfortable and valued is a testament to her professionalism and dedication to her role. It’s not just about the coffee; it’s about the experience, and Maddie made sure that experience was memorable. I cannot recommend Maddie enough. If you find yourself at the Double Tree by Hilton near the airport in San Antonio, do yourself a favor and visit the Starbucks there (just be mindful they close at noon, which Maddie made sure to tell me during my first visit saving me disappointment later!). Thanks to Maddie, it’s not just a place to grab a coffee; it's a spot where you're guaranteed to start your day on a high note, with a perfect drink in hand and a smile on your face. Quick and easy check in. Staff friendly. Bed was super comfy.

This was by far the best stay, and experience I had in any hotels. I want to thank Audrey Rodriguez for her help from check in to check out she knew what she was doing. She knew I wanted to check in fast and had to check out fast. She was on point with everything thank you so much.
