Everything was great rooms were clean and beautiful. The staff was perfect. Only issue was I booked 2 double bed rooms but I was given 3 king rooms. Was not the hotels fault. Trip.com messed up on that.

Great experience. Ian was great at check in and out. Rooms airy and beautiful. Lots of space and modern facilities. Would stay here again. The gym and pool facilities are clean. Staff are very attentive. Food was of decent pricing and very close to downtown.

I recently attended a wonderful conference at the Plaza San Antonio Hotel and Spa. Beautiful rooms, amazing bed, loved the grounds and amenities. Special mention to Amina and Helena at the front desk for going above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. A big thanks also to Chloe for the great breakfast service at Corinne, and great barista coffee to revive a jet lagged traveller!

Amazing food with great service. Mae was a great server and helped me decide on the best dish. The rib eye pork chop was all time and asparagus was good too. Chop sauce was amazing, savory, smokey, and sweet with hominy, corn, tomatillo, epic! Little hard to find the restaurant from the street as it is inside a hotel with the entrance not facing the street, strange. I will be back.

We had a pleasant stay at the new Plaza San Antonio! Overall friendly staff, Helena at the Front Desk took care of us when we checked out and the valet was helpful when we left, giving us their recs for breakfast tacos. It’s a short walk to the Alamo and Riverwalk which as a huge bonus as well!

Everything about our stay was fantastic but especially the customer service from Ian Anderson at check in. Ian was knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. He truly sets the bar for excellence. Every hire should be an “Ian”. He went over and beyond for us during our stay. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location.

From street to seat, to door/room everyone went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and like family. I didn’t want to leave. Staff from all departments were helpful and happy to just have genuine conversation.

This is an amazing hotel! The service was impeccable, the food was tasty and the room was spacious, immaculate, and the property is beautiful!! Can’t wait to go back! The rooms are beautifully decorated, the pool and fitness center are great too.

Outstanding hospitality from the Plaza team, a few individuals to recognize specifically - Ian, Helena, and Lisa - front desk - attentive, friendly, and kind. Isareal / Israel - morning manager - responsive and welcoming. Izzy - room service / ice runner - fast and kind Beautiful and clean property. Will be back again
