We loved our stay. The lobby always smells so good! Breakfast was small and a bit cluttered but delicious. The check-out time was the reason we picked this place. I also explored the gym and pool. Both were conveniently equipped with everything you need. I would stay here again in the future.

The PHOTOS on the Hilton website for this property DO NOT reflect the condition of this shoddy and outdated hotel. Terrible. We walked in, went to the room, checked out and left. It is beyond the point that it needs to be repaired. Disgusting, dingy, torn furniture. We are Hilton Diamond members and will call and complain. Shame on them.

I was put in room 115. It is close to the dining area. I could hear everything in the lobby and the dining are. It was like trying to sleep in a busy kitchen. I would recommend they make that room a closet.

The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible! Take your own pillows if you want to be able to sleep. The sofa bed mattress is super uncomfortable and super squeaky. The room smelled like poop. Kitchen wasn’t stocked with cleaning supplies like other Home2Suites were. Not sure why mattresses and pillows are so uncomfortable now in hotels. I remember them being the comfiest a few years back but now they lack quality and comfort.

Surprisingly comfortable, close to walkable dinning and very convenient to the San Antonio Airport. Will seek out Home2 Suites again in the future. Also very fairly priced.
