The location of the hotel is good, it is surrounded by commercial streets, it is convenient to eat, and there is a parking lot!

My honey and I had an amazing time at the hotel! Breakfast in bed was the best. The front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. The bar downstairs and the pool were a great time as well. Will be coming back soon!

The hotel was extremely clean and all guest services was awesome. The valet service was amazing and David the Bellman was very very nice and did his job far and beyond putting the customer first and the experience at the top for us. Thank you David, it’s hard to find employees who take their job to the next level. Overall this hotel was an amazing stay for us. Thank you Westin

Overall a great hotel and I would definitely stay again. Wonderful location. Lobby and public areas have a very luxurious feel, and rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Room service breakfast and lunch were good, and the service here is top notch. My only compliant about room service is the menu is limited, especially between 2:00pm-5:00pm, and it ends at 10:00pm. The two things that kept this from being a 5 star review is that the cleanliness of the bathrooms was sub par. Hair and dust lined the floor along the baseboards, and the sink fixture was covered in smudges and dried toothpaste. Also, the AC does not ever get the room cold, but I have noticed this lately at every hotel I have stayed in the last few years, maybe they are attempting to be energy efficient.

Good breakfast and good waiter and so much good food! Ricardo was great and friendly and gave wonderful service. The amount of food was very generous and presented well. I appreciated that the cafe had a separate room for our group to meet with each other.

Excellent rooms, great food at the hotel, and AWESOME service. I was in town for a conference and found the staff at this hotel, from the valet folks to the front desk, to be very nice, professional, and helpful with suggestions. I forgot who assisted us at Check-In but I want to applaud them. Perhaps Denise or Tiffany? Our company travel agent was there trying to fix a mixup in reservations and they were not exactly kind to the staff. The staff member just took it in stride, foxed the problems, and maintained professionalism at a time many would not have. I was quite impressed! Other staff member on the property were great as well! We also dined at Zocca Cuisine d’Italia restaurant (2nd time for me) and they have excellent food. I will always stay at this hotel when on the Riverwalk!!!

The breakfast was delicious and the service was stellar. Ricardo was attentive and welcoming. The Riverwalk Omelette was the fluffiest I’ve ever had and the potatoes were crispy and well seasoned. I will definitely be back to try some other menu items.
