The location of the hotel is good, it is surrounded by commercial streets, it is convenient to eat, and there is a parking lot!

My honey and I had an amazing time at the hotel! Breakfast in bed was the best. The front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. The bar downstairs and the pool were a great time as well. Will be coming back soon!

Classic lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Our room was not ready at 4:35 for a 4:00 checkin and we were offered a downgraded room but no conciliations were offered. A room that met the basic outline of our reservation was found but was dreadful, noisy, not clean and much less than expected. We luckily connected with the concierge, Petra, who helped us move to a better room later in the evening. Our second room had a terrific patio but unfortunately was loud at times due to elevator mechanical issues. Overall, the property could use an update, frayed carpeting noted in each of our rooms.

Great location, clean, great customer service. Irene was awesome. Right on the Riverwalk, balcony, counter space in bathroom, very happy with choice 3rd time. I wish entire room was hard flooring not carpeting. Recommended place to stay.

The hotel's decoration facilities are a bit outdated,,the faucet and shower headset are too old and rusty ,and there is always noise at night that seems to come from the elevator operation I guess.And the pillows are too high . Except above unexpected the everything else was great.Hope it is gonna be renovated soon.

Service with Juan Carlos was fantastic. He took his time and allowed us to enjoy ourselves. Ordered the pork and parmigiana and the food came out hot and looked beautiful. Tried the tres leches for dessert which could use a little less cinnamon and a little more milk. Highly recommend for a dinner with a view.

The hotel was gorgeous, and great meals within walking distance, despite the high heat. Really needed a change in room arrangements (from two beds to one), and Liz at the front desk was super helpful and professional in saving this trip for us! Thank you!

Unbelievably terrible. The space, room and service are intolerable. We asked for the service but no response. The room is very noisy and cannot fall asleep. The sink is damaged and the water is smelly. We went to the restaurant but no one is coming to serve. The food is cold and bad.

Fantastic location for exploring San Antonio. Irene was very helpful in getting us checked in early and with a room with a great view of the Riverwalk. The hotel was clean and everyone was super friendly. No issues at all during our stay. Thanks!
