Overall good non working ice machine on 4th floor and no hair dryers in room Thank you to the staff Sunday morning for getting a hair dryer for me. Overall it was comfortable

How are you gonna charge full price for a hotel that is underconstruction and still rent out rooms. Wasnt able to acess the elevator since they were putting in the floors. The staircase was under construction as well with the door to our floor locked.

Hotel is undergoing a renovation. Lobby non existant, newcroom smelled of horrible fumes of fresh paint,adhesive new furniture. The ac didn't keep the room cold. I put it on 65 to keep the fumes at a bay.

The GM Ryan does not do his job he has everybody do his job for him, no shower curtain in my room, one elevator worked, had to go downstairs for ice on the first floor from the 4th floor, staff outside smoking eating popcorn versus tending to the customer. I was on vacation and felt like I was actually a worker at the hotel. Never again, no matter what name there under I'll remember the address. I will not be revising my review you can't tell me what to say I didn't mention prices. Thank you

Comfort Inn & Suites Airport San Antonio 1. Long black hair on bathroom floor 2. Stain or dirt on bed bottom sheet, luckily by my feet. 3. No microwave in room 4. Fridge not cold 5. Work out room was temporarily closed 6. Only garbage can in bathroom 7. Iron, no ironing board 8. Ice maker on our floor wasn’t working 9. Breakfast area was going to be going under renovations so it was moved. -Microwave didn’t work, milk almost gone, coffee was gone, no hot water for hot cocoa, tea or instant oa**eal, only a few sausage patties and they were lukewarm at best, no toaster for the bread, mix for the waffles but both waffle makers were out of order, the yogurt and hard boiled eggs were left in old room to be remodeled that no one could access. This was all at only 7:45am and no one watching room to do refills. Scrambled eggs were warm but running low. Asked for manager when I was leaving but he wasn’t in yet at 8:45 but was due to be there at 8:30. 10. Other people I encountered: One couldn’t get back in her room as the door wouldn’t open. She said she also didn’t have a shower curtain, etc. Another lady said they ran out of toilet paper and she had to go to the store to get more. 11. Internet was AWFUL and we kept losing connections continuously to the point we just gave up 12. They are working on remodeling and the 4th floor was looking nice but was not double checked to make sure everything 13. Tried calling Mgr &person disconnected me. Called back and no answer

It was in a quite location. The bed was super comfortable. It is pet friendly. Good breakfast.

Don’t stay there, I booked 2 rooms for a few nights, on the last night they stole my tail lights from my truck. Asked to talk to manager he or she refused because they were in meeting. I left all my contact info and never got a phone call from nobody, they did not do anything to make it better and to top it off they still charged me. Now I have to pay $4500 to replace them, was stuck in San Antonio could not drive truck with no light back home due to nobody had the parts in stock. Service is bad and they told me that I was the 3rd or 4th break in, in the last few weeks and worst part is that my truck was parked right in front of the front desk so it was visible through a large window and it really shows how much they care about their guests.
