Horrible customer service. Some rooms not clean at 5:30 p.m. Placed in room that clerk acknowledged had problems with the card entry but wouldn't move us to another room (stated full occupancy and no other room available). Had to have someone let us into our room every time we left it. Very inconvenient and not appreciated after long day of travel. Major construction on Loop 1604 E made it difficult to get to the hotel, especially in a U-Haul pulling a car trailer. Breakfast was mediocre. Room had unpleasant smell. Not much parking available - cars were parked in fire lane.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the rest of our trip which meant we had to cancel our stay at this hotel. I wanted to write a review because Rose there at the hotel front desk was awesome. I had a special request so when I called to make it, see if it was possible she took the time to accomodate us, block out a room for us and resend me a confirmation for our stay. She made sure our needs were met when we stayed there. I was really looking forward to staying there as we have been trying to find a hotel in San Antonion that we want to return to so hope we can stay soon. I hope to have just as good experience next time as we did so far this time. :) Thank you, Rose..

Stayed in king suite for two nights. quiet place but close to two highways but it is tucked in a corner away from the noise by the movie theatre. huge rooms. very clean. friendly staff. second time staying here.

We did enjoy our stay here. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast did the job. There was nothing that wowed us, however. The kids enjoyed the pool. There was only one washing machine which took a very long time to wash our clothes. The location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. Traffic can be loud, however.

Older property that's seen better days but perfectly fine to stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Inside of hotel is older and in need of renovation but clean. Rooms were pretty good. Would stay again in a pinch especially solo, but if on business or significant other might stay elsewhere.

I was so pleased. Unlike the last Comfort Inn I stayed at, my room in this one was super quiet - I didn't hear anything after I closed that door. Also, the breakfast was a little more continental (though there weren't enough dining chairs). I was just so impressed by the quiet considering the proximity to the highway. Otherwise, the hotel was pretty standard. Nothing super special, but nothing glaringly bad either. 😄
