STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. BEATUFUL PLACE RIGHT ON THE RIVERWALK AND WALKING DISTANCE TO CONCERT WE WENT TO. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY.

It was a great historic property - great location and the room we had was spacious with a great bed. We loved Ocho - and the bar in the basement area had an amazing bartender ( Travis ) who made cocktails to order. We loved our stay at Hotel Havana.

I booked 2 nights here to attend a wedding reception at the adjacent restaurant. The hotel decor is cute, but the rooms are severely lacking. No chair, no coffee maker or microwave. There is a refrigerator but it’s not useful without a way to heat food. Cumbersome online check in made it clear there would be an upcharge for everything. Very crowded parking area. I thought the website said free parking but it is $25. Overall, this hotel is way overpriced for what you get.

Old somewhat renovated hotel. Excellent comfortable bed, but noisy old building on a busy street. Bathroom was seriously in need of a complete renovation, old hardware and mirror, mold in the shower and the bathroom door would not close.

We arrived at 6am on Amtrak. Desk person went all out to accommodate us. Great historic hotel right on the riverwalk. Treated us very well. Rooms are basic but very comfortable. Enjoyed our dinner at Ocho, the attached restaurant. Good food and service.
